Our story

How we started and
where we are now

Established in 2004 by Toyan Copeland and her daughter, Sacha Copeland, The Copeland Group, LLC is recognized as a leading association management company in the greater Seattle and surrounding areas. Our offices are conveniently located in Seattle's historic Lower Queen Anne.

We are one of a relatively few management companies worldwide to have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) credential from Community Associations Institute (CAI). This is the highest level of professional recognition in the community association management field.
